Adjacent to where many exterior scenes of the classic TV series Bonanza were filmed is our Lake Tahoe retreat. The scene in the banner is at Sand Harbor, just five minutes away from the house. Sand Harbor is part of Nevada State Park which protects the mountains and shoreline for a dozen miles south of us.
